Until 24/05/2018, the law of 08/12/1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and its implementing decrees constitute the applicable legislation on privacy. From 25/05/2018, it will be replaced by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Your right of access

You must request your right of access by email. To exercise your right of access and to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of your personal data, you must provide us with proof of your identity. We therefore ask you to preferably add a copy of the front of your identity card to your application.
We have 45 days to respond to your request. Please note that this period will only begin once we have received your request and have all the information required to fulfill your request.

If you have any reason to believe that we have not handled your request correctly, please inform us first by email so that we can review the options with you. Your right to correction and deletion
You have the right to have incomplete, incorrect, inappropriate or outdated personal data removed or changed. You can contact our services for this. We cannot always delete all requested data.
